EZRA / ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your Ezra account.

Ezra by Laboratoires D7 inc. (D7 Labs) lets you delete your account in either mobile app. If you no longer have the app, request deletion here by email.

Delete in the app

Open Ezra and go to Account → Delete account → Delete permanently. The signed-in request starts deletion immediately.

Delete after uninstalling

Email an account-deletion request from the address used for Ezra. If you cannot use that address, explain why. We will verify identity before deleting data and normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your Ezra account, cloud library, sources, recordings, imported content, transcripts, generated content, chats, workspace progress, job records, entitlement link, and authentication account are permanently deleted. There is no recovery period.

Copies stored only on a device are removed by the in-app flow. After a web request, uninstall Ezra or remove its local storage from the device.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting Ezra does not cancel Ezra Plus. Cancel in Apple Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to prevent future charges.

EZRA / SUPPRESSION DU COMPTE

Supprimer votre compte Ezra.

Dans Ezra, ouvrez Compte → Supprimer le compte → Supprimer définitivement. Si vous n'avez plus l'application, envoyez une demande par courriel depuis l'adresse du compte. Nous vérifierons votre identité et terminerons normalement une demande vérifiée dans les 30 jours.

Le compte, la bibliothèque infonuagique, les sources, enregistrements, contenus importés, transcriptions, contenus générés, clavardages, progression, dossiers de traitement, lien d'abonnement et compte d'authentification sont supprimés définitivement. Cette opération n'annule pas Ezra Plus; annulez l'abonnement auprès d'Apple ou de Google Play.
